By placing an order with The Cosy Company you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

The Cosy Company reserves the right to change its price list without prior notice.

CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
The Cosy Company has designed the goods and is the owner of the unregistered design rights in all such goods and own the copy right in all of the cosy Company branding. You agree that when entering any level of discussion regarding our goods that all information disclosed to you is confidential.

Overseas Shipping terms

Before we can ship your order to you, you will need you to agree to our shipping terms as set out below.

Payment will have been received prior to your order being despatched.
When the items are in stock we will endeavour to have your order despatched to you with in 24 hours of ordering.
The delivery dates published in your delivery page are estimates. Please allow 7 days as with some destinations there may be delays.
The VAT amount of 17.5% will be deducted for all non-EU countries.
If an item is out of stock we will notify you of the delay and have the order delivered as soon as it arrives.
Carriage costs and any duties levied by the jurisdiction to which you have specified delivery are the responsibility of the recipient.
