General Delivery:
- Delivery of each consignment of the goods shall be made to the place designated by the customer when placing the order.
- We will dispatch the order that day, when items are in stock. Please note that for next day delivery, orders must be received by 12 noon and will be delivered on the next business day within the UK. If an item is out of stock we will notify you of the delay and have the order delivered as soon as it arrives.
- There is free delivery for UK only.
- Postage charges to all countries outside the UK are to be paid by the customer on delivery.
Delivery Prices:

Overseas Shipping terms.
Before we can ship your order to you, you will need you to agree to our shipping terms as set out below.
1. Payment will have been received prior to your order being dispatched.
2. When the items are in stock we will endeavour to have your order dispatched to you with in 24 hours of ordering.
3. The delivery dates published in your delivery page are estimates. Please allow 7 days as with some destinations there may be delays.
4. The VAT amount of 17.5% will be deducted for all non-EU countries.
5. If an item is out of stock we will notify you of the delay and have the order delivered as soon as it arrives.
6. Carriage costs and any duties levied by the jurisdiction to which you have specified delivery are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items in their original condition within 7 days of receipt of your product. We will be happy to replace the item or credit the original credit card used to make the purchase. Please email us within 3 days of receipt of your package. Any items returned dirty, washed, or used without a cover will not be eligible for refund. Postage costs are non refundable. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damage of lost in transit
The Cosy Company will repair or replace free of charge goods damaged or lost in transit where delivery has been made by the cosy company’s courier, provided the Buyer shall give to the cosy company and to the courier written notification of such damage or loss within five days and make a complete claim in writing to the cosy company within 10 days of receipt of the goods or in the case of total non-delivery within 10 days of the date of despatch.
Confidentail information
The Cosy Company has designed the goods and is the owner of the unregistered design rights in all such goods and own the copy right in all of the cosy Company branding.
