temperature by trapping air next to your skin to keep you warm in winter, and drawing it away from the body in summer to
keep you cool.
Hypoallergenic
Our blissful duvets allow everyone the enjoyment of pure luxury. Not only does the mulberry silk ensure these duvets are light, mulberry silk is also renowned for being naturally hypoallergenic and anti-dust mite. As well as being naturally hypoallergenic, they rarely require cleaning, all that is required is to air them outside out of direct sunlight once or twice a year just to keep them fresh.
Natural
Our silk filling is made from the finest mulberry silk, which is
farmed and manufacturer without the use of chemicals. This ensures that the silk is not compromised in any way, giving you
the natural benefits that silk provides. Some duvets manufacturers bleach the silk before the manufacturing process, totally
undermines the natural properties of silk. Our duvets are not manufactured using harmful chemicals.
The Hugging Effect
The silk filling in our duvets are made of layers of long
fiber mulberry silk floss which make the soft and light weight duvet gently drape and wrap around the contours of your body
keeping you warm and cosy, this is also great for children making them feel more secure and safe, which in turn helps them
sleep.
Outer Covering
All of our duvets, pillows, mattress toppers, sleeping
bags and nest bags are covered with a 330 tread pure cotton satin mix which gives you soft luxurious finish.
How is a silk filled duvet made?
The process consists of stretching out
layers of long fiber mulberry silk floss, each layer is then placed one on top of the other. This is repeated until the
desired weight is achieved.
Layering the silk in this way creates a grid pattern, which is one of the keys to the heat regulating ability of the duvets
holding warmth when cold and releasing it when you are hot resulting in an all-round more comfortable nights sleep.
